Dear PCMAdness,

Are you following the discussions properly? I doubt it. Harrak posted the verses from Jewish Bible. I added the applications of those verses from the past. You can ignore, laugh or do whatever you want with your history but it is still there and barbaric.

The statement "Christian religions have moved on, matured and evolved." has nothing to do with the reality, The correct perspective is that one state and church are separated from each other in some countries. Church has no power on society any more. That's the real reason why we don't see those barbaric actions from Christians, Otherwise how do you explain the transformation ? Did Jesus come to west and dictate Christians not to burn innocent people? If so, He should have also visited his African followers. You will see what I mean when you read the followings.

Please read the news properly. 19 people died in Nigeria were not all Christians. "Christian leader Joseph Hayab told Reuters agency that most of those who died had been Christians " (BBC) Why did you jump to such a conclusion? It seems ignorance and prejudice.

You have no idea what is going on around the world. Read and see how much Christianity is transformed. I will give some part of an article dated 2004. Is that recent enough for you?
