Slippery RocksReader comment on item: Bad News from Slippery Rock Submitted by jane (United States), Apr 11, 2006 at 19:46 While there is little untoward about feminist teachings, or rather, while there was once upon a time nothing untoward about feminist teachings, it has become a very sorry state of affairs. First, there is little left to teach. Second, one cannot help but notice that more than ever, "T and A" have become more important than ever, with women walking barely covered, schools filled with unfit clothing, more makeup, tatoos of utter foolishness and hair the colour of my old crayons. In addition, most female professsors are not merely femenists, but leftests. They run their depeartments with a mindlessness that that is absolutely frightening. One cannot help but notice their pro arab teachings, their anti Israeli cant. It becomes more difficult each day as the world turns on its left ear; As someone who suffers from the fancy named Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, more legitimately known as a lost soul, lost in Florida, surrounded by leftists, and a husband who thinks of little more than fishing; whiile I mourn the loss of friends and acqaintances after the September 11 tragedy; while i see the world get crazier each day, whiile I watch Israeli beging whittled down by its enemies, I really do wonder why I survived September 11, and suffer a lonliness for my life prior to that day, and mourn the peace we knew in this country as Jews. What happened, I ask. Our pentagon attached....seems that's okay too. Clinton fighting for Muslims at the whim of that abomination Madeline Albright (I am not a Jew...never knew I was a Jew...no clue). Here's a clue. Those pins she wears may as well be the Star of David. We live here, too young for medical coverage, too old and ill to find jobs. I went to a doctor who purportedly accepted by my insurance. He sent me for a test. I was nervous. It seems I may have suffered from what is called a silent heart attack". The place he sent me does not take my insurance. #4,600. We cannot afford it, as we barely survive on my husband's truncated pension. To hell with you, says the doctor, you're a fish out of water, you belong in NEw York. Call a Rabbi, my brother suggests. We are unaffiliated. Am I to beg for medical care. All because they attacked our home in downtown NY. And danced in the streets when it happened. We are the very silent sufferers. Three divorces so far, six personal deaths, family and friends, loss of jobs, loss of apartment;; no family, no support system. I wonder how mny of us there are. Nightmares each night. Won't ever fly again. Hear a plane and duck. Dream of people jumping out of windows. I see them. I hear them. Pppills doo't help. Constant nervouslyl looking over shoulder, and yet admittedly, would like to scream each time I hear their cooplaints about not becing vien enouch respect. It, much like a livingk must be earned, not simploy given. Sorry for all this. Passover is when both my father and brother died. from heart disease. Tell a doctor here and he simply shrugs you away should you not be able to cross his palm with enough gold. I am very frightened.
