Commission's Duties clear, if short-sighted

Unfortunately, Mrs. Monaghan-Smith's response was absolutely correct, given the text reported of Booklet CC47.

After all, the Commission will investigate only those things that might affect the "...charity, its assets, beneficiaries or reputation..." Clearly, the teachings it sponsors do not have any effect on those. The teachings only have an effect on the way students of the charity think/live/behave in Great Britain - no concern of the Commission at all!

As for the students that have complained to the Commission, no doubt the answer they got was along the lines of, "If you don't like the school, leave it - no one is forcing you to stay. However, we (the Commission) have nothing to do with the course of studies."
