Yes,

The former (head scarves) are a cop out for men not to control their own lust. It forces women to bear the guilt of mens sinning eyes. Yes it is humiliating for a woman to have to hide her body in shame, even in extreme heat, when she is not the one who is comitting the sin.

The "mini jupe" maybe extreme, but at least the west doesn't humiliate a woman who has been raped by saying that 4 men have to witness her rape before it is even considered a rape. What rapist is going to rape a woman in the presence of 4 witnesses, he will stalk her in the quiet of the night when no one is around to defend her?
