Nevertheless....

Any American who thinks - as I used to - that the "mess between Israel and the Palestinians" has nothing to really to do with the USA (or me and mine), had better re-think and take a good look at the big picture which is growing ever bigger.

As Michel Savage pointed out, "Israel is the canary in the mine-shaft". Israel's struggle to survive is a microcosm of the gathering struggle of all the West to endure and hopefully overcome the onslaught of Islam. While our slothful, slumbering "leaders" woo the Muslims and look the other way or even worse, bend over backward to accomodate them and their ever-so peaceful desire for "dialogue", Islam is secretly and openly cutting its way into our communities laarge and small. Muslims are buying up businesses and changing the cultural tone and values of our neighborhoods, - refusing to honor our holidays and customs. Far more sinister is their infusion of our everyday thinking, the tone of thought and quality of mind thruough our schools, the textbooks and the ever-present Islamic "chip on their shoulder" demanding concessions where none re needed or were every granted to any other group that arrived to our shores.

Muslims make no secret that they "loooove democracy." for it means the rule of the majority which they - as always in the past - have gradually acquired.

If we do not learn the lessons of Israel in its struggle to survive against these cultural brigands, - for the brigandage of their historic Mohammed armies built the power of Islam - we shall be forced to learn those lessons at huge expense to our own survival. Alas, the West, as usual, is slow to open its eyes and mind. We shall be victims of our own mindless "tolerance" of what should never, never, never be tolerated but expunged - removed as quickly as possible from our path, like a deadly elusive viper with the gifts of the chameleon to melt into our decorous patterns of the "dialogue" . the Muslims seem ever-so earnestly to desire. The innocent connotations of the very word lures us into an exercise of Islamic dissembling and therein awaits the abyss for Westerners who refuse to be wary. . .
