Today [Sun] on C-span, a female Lebanese [pro-Hizbullah from the sound of her responses] journalist on the Wash. Journal. I do wish some of you would begin to tune in and contribute to this daily program; it's becoming progressively pro-arab, anti-Israel, and has been virulently anti-Bush for at least the past few years, like: 6 to 1.

The crux of her story re: the demonstrations these past few days, is that they are "equivalent" to the demos which brought down the pro-Syrian government and forced the UN to take note, and she cast Seniora as the bad guy for wanting an Intn'l investigation into Syria's murder ring.

Well, I do not like this man at all but, he seems to have acquired a more realistic view of Hiz. since the "cease fire" [sic]. While the "action" was in progress, all he could see was that his brave Hizb . fighters were defending "Lebanon" against Israel's invasion. Whatever caused this "epiphany," I suppose we should be grateful.

At least, until he changes his mind again. Meanwhile, she said, the demos involved Hizbullah and the Maronite Christians [which, she proffered, constitute the new majority {since the last census}]. I missed @15 min. in the middle, having seen the beginning and end. It was kind of "much" for a first thing Sunday morning. The Walid Jumblatt panel with Q & A period C-span aired a couple of weeks ago was very interesting. If you missed it, it might be available on pod cast. Members of the "permanent foreign policy estab." were very present. We also need help on this Baker commission "report." That is really frightening, and Lib/Dem flacks [Lawr. O'donnell, Chris Matthews] have been threatening that if GW doesn't swallow it whole, there will be hell to pay.

GW's NSA got worked over by Russert on the "neutral" MEET THE PRESS. Russert thinking he was Spitzer, convicted poor Hadley, flacking for the dems with his own set of facts, as usual. Stephanopolous kissed Jimmy Carter's ring on ABC, and [even] Brian Lamb review Carter's rabidly toxic, new book. Ollie North on FOX Cable tonight, is discussing a history or terrorism, including planes, ships, 9-11 and 1982-3 Lebanon. I don't know what it will take to convince the 87% of American Jews who voted these anti-Israel, anti-anti-Missile system and anti-defense people into office, that they've made a serious blunder, but I'd love to hear some ideas. These are the twins of those who voted in Kadima, only, maybe more of them!

This is all ONE OPERA, with a 4-ring circus; the trap is looking at things one at a time as discrete, separate subjects. It's all about the Caliphate now, whatever it was 50 years ago. ma
