None Dare Call It Treason - how many sold? :: Reader comments at Daniel Pipes

I recall that during Barry Goldwater's campaign EVERY house in our town and in all of the surrounding towns had a copy of Stormer's book delivered free and unordered on their doorstep. It is reputed to be one of the all time best sellers, but how many were just given away? Does anyone know?
