And not a word from the anti-Semitic MSM because Lebanon is not occupied by IsraelisReader comment on item: Restrictions on Palestinians in Lebanon Submitted by DrRJP (United States), Nov 29, 2007 at 17:23 Reading this makes me even more furious at CBS for their Israel-bashing, "Gaza: isolated and starving." What's going on in Lebanon reminds me of what happened to Palestinians during Jordan's 19-year occupation of Israeli territory. Where was the media's condemnation of Jordan? Where was the UN's condemnation of Jordan? Where was the push to create a Palestinian state? There was none because Jordan was already a Palestinian state. The West Bank was controlled by Jordan for 19 years and no Israeli was allowed to enter. No Jew was allowed to visit Jerusalem. The 1967 War liberated the West Bank from Jordanian rule. Israel made a peace pact with Jordan. The dumbest mistake that Israel ever made -- dumber than bringing Arafat out of exile -- was not annexing the West Bank. All Palestinians would have become settled as Israeli citizens and the Arab world would not have said, "Boo." When the Lebanese army invaded the Palestinian camps to go after terrorists, the media's broadcast of it was like a local weather report. Didn't anyone in the media find it strange that there are Palestinian terrorist camps in Lebanon? Of course not. There are Islamic terrorist camps and terrorist attacks all over the world and if the media should ever cover them, they never criticize the victimized country for going after the terrorists -- unless it is Israel. They never show these other terrorists on TV, giving them free reign to present themselves as "victims" who are only engaged in "legitimate resistance." No. Only groups likes Hamas, Fatah, and Hezbollah get to spread their filth on TV. If Palestinians really want a better life, then they should become Israeli citizens where they will have the highest standard of living in the Middle East.
