What is done with the money - that is what counts

As long as the funders of the PA continue to put the cart before the horse - problems like this will continue.

For how the money will be used is demonstrated by the choices made by so many: enough people behaving like nihilists or anarchists to give the impression that the people ruled (or governed) by the PA are only interested in destruction and mayhem - instead of the numbers who show an interest in building a society.

Then again, we can have the situation where roughly 80% of the population is sitting on the fence, and roughly the same percentage of the people are interested in building a society as compared to those most interested in mayhem and destruction.
