navigatorReader comment on item: "We Hope You Will Wear Your Hijab to School" Submitted by noor (Australia), Feb 1, 2008 at 04:16 why would you bring your family to houston? for a better life where there is opportunity for better education, where the economy is booming so agian there are better opportunity to find a stable job, well paying job, to live in a place where you feel safe and not under constant threat by powerful military forces in your own country, thats why people move to america, australia, england or whatever, because they are normal people who want the best for their family. and they should be allowed to wear what ever they like ( its called being individual) and the people of america should be able to accept other people's choices and focus on their own lives, instead we have the media trying to opress the muslim and arabic people. Now i have a question for you, has a muslim person ever done anything to hurt you or disrespect you? if yes then what, if no then my point is proven.
