Poor Choice of Example

Mr. Pipes your example of spying by the US is a poor one. Quoting from the article you cite... "The vessel was identified by the Israeli Navy 18 kilometers from shore near Haifa, ..." Recruiting an agent of another government is one thing, monitoring public activities or electronic transmissions from INTERNATIONAL WATERS is another!
