diatribe without substanceReader comment on item: If Not [Arab-Israeli] Peace Now, What? Submitted by vinod gulati (Pakistan), Aug 31, 2008 at 02:35 Dear Mr.Kay P, these are not arguments that you have presented. What you have stated are your general views on Indians who you feel are inclined to the Left or your feelings on all the Muslims in the world from Pakistan to Canada. What I am asking you is, just like a nations laws must be applied equally to all its citizens, rich or poor, black or white, educated or illiterate, do you agree that international laws must also be impartial or not. Do you feel that certain states must be beyond accountability because of their "special" status in your view while others should be targeted for doing the same things because they dont fit in your "world view". Why doesnt everyone rush to embrace universal nuclear disarmament. What is really surprising is that the nations who oppose it the most have vastly superior conventional forces and are always the ones most concerned about "proliferation" while they pontificate from on top of a mountain of Nuclear weapons. Lastly I am sorry I cannot agree with your opinion that one billion Muslims are all evil people just as I cannot agree that all Blacks or Jews or Chinese or Caucasians are evil even though I can readily produce instances of evil perpetrated by all the above mentioned categories. Bigotry has no place in the future and people are getting tired of it.
