Take Knowledge in the Truth of Why People Hate the United States -

Before one goes beyond a rational posture of thinking and try to take someone serious who has only the clue about life as can be mustered from the incomplete utterances of a person hundreds of years ago that rebelled against the truth of Jesus Christ, let us consider that the world is in its worst state(s) of affairs since the collapse of the crusades a thousand years ago. The observations of anyone with an anti-American point of view must be taken serious only by remembering the same anti –American point of view brought America into the Second World War, and look where that took the world.

The United States of America finds itself embroiled in a situation where, if we wanted to stay out, either the major capitalist interests would decry the lost of global markets under that proposition, or, worse, those that out right hate America come over here and provoke an American response by outright attack; ie. Pearl Harbor 1941, World Trade Center 2001. Now we know that big time American politics are driven by global interests, otherwise there would not be GATT or NAFTA, both of which were allowed to compromise American national security interests' worldwide. There is too much international conflicts of interests to keep conflicts from happening.

In the vein of the general topic of our host, we see in the Muslim world a re-emphasis of the Islamic Revolution as it programmatically interferes in world relations, both by subliminal influences of an increasing infiltration in western societies, as well as an outright assault on non-Muslim interests on almost every continent. We know that America is a primary target in this, from the most recent verbal inflictions of trivial hatred, to the scars of war in New York, D.C. and Pennsylvania. The United States is a target for those people who hate that America still has a nominal allegiance to the Almighty God of the Holy Bible, and for the stand we took to support Israel, however long that may hold.

In the final analysis, we, who are of the discipleship of Jesus Christ, have a different way to deal with the antipathies we see presented to the world today, like we see against the U.S.A., that we have a knowledge of His WORD, the Holy Bible, which not only tells us He is alive and is at work in the world scheme of things, but goes on further to give a confidence that even as HE is in control, those who are in rebellion to Him and try meagerly to challenge His authority will find they are to be given a moment, and a moment eternally only, to repent of their rebellion and accept Him for the truth of who He is. After that, it will be too late. Then they will have to console themselves with the delusions they made up about the world, oh, and the lies they told about Jesus Christ, all the while screaming in defiance as they are swept up into the judgment and have to face HIM with their lies.

By remembering the reality and permanence of the Word of the LORD and the temporary circumstance of this mortal existence, therein is the confidence those who have faith in Jesus Christ; that He is true to His WORD and it will be accomplished as He has said, just as we must be true to Him, to love Him in obedience to His WORD.
