There's No Doubt That He Knows Very Well. He Even Helped Bring Sharia and Anti-Americanism Via a Violent Rebellion to Kenya.Reader comment on item: Harold Koh, Promoter of Shari'a? Submitted by Sofa Sogood (United States), Apr 2, 2009 at 03:40 "I believe our president needs to be educated quickly about what Shari'a is" Dear Rebecca, are you kidding? Do you think there's any possibility he doesn't know about Iran, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Afghanistan? Do you think he could be so uninformed as to not know the battle for and against Sharia law in the UK or Netherlands, etc? He knows. He knows very well. In Kenya, at that time, one of the most stable and pro-Western countries in Africa, Obama campaigned and supported, raised $1Million for the takeover of an Islamist government. The government of Kenya was an American ally. They were one of the few African nations that were not Islamist. A US Senator has no right to campaign for anyone in a foreign country, certainly not on the taxpayers money. Especially not against the existing government which is our ally. Obama denies he was there, or that he knows Odinga, who claims to be his cousin, despite the many photos and videos of him campaigning there for Odinga. One more example of Obama's facile ability to outright lie and deny right in the face of undeniable proof. In one video, he is making a speech, utilizing his "community organizing" and dissatisfaction arousing skills, where he speaks against the government (our ally), says they fail to serve the people, are failing in "transparency and accountability" (sound familiar), are corrupt, can't be trusted, and are robbing honest people. "Here in Kenya, it is a Crisis. It is a Crisis." Pretty inflamatory stuff. Odinga, the man he supported, who promised to bring Sharia law to Kenya, caused a bloody rebellion which included hundreds of rapes, burning of churches, and costing many, many lives. The result is Sharia law is now in effect in Kenya. Here is the video -- at 2:44 minutes you can see his speech. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c6eVVVKFHu0&feature=related The video is all sweet and nice with music, dancing and good cheer. But ... much violence followed. The people demanded "change." Here is a video and article by Atlasshrugs of what took place after Obama's "help." http://atlasshrugs2000.typepad.com/atlas_shrugs/2008/06/odinga-and-obam.html Some background from Daniel Johnson, Jan 10, 2008 http://www.nysun.com/opinion/kenya-connection/69273/ "Mr. Odinga's father, Oginga Odinga, led the Communist opposition during the Cold War and Raila Odinga was educated in Communist East Germany. "In 1982 he was implicated in a failed coup against the then president Daniel Arap Moi. His eldest son is named after Fidel Castro and his daughter after Winnie Mandela." "Even more sinister has been Mr. Odinga's electorial pact with the National Muslim Leaders' Forum -- a hardline Islamist organization that represents Kenya's Muslim minority. According to this document, dated August 29, 2007, Mr. Odinga promised the Muslim leaders that, if elected, he would establish Sharia courts, not only in the northern and coastal regions where Kenyan Muslims are concentrated, but throughout the country."
