Muslim ummah

I have read a lot of comments, but it seems very few people realize that Obama's speech to the muslim ummah is in fact a historical event. Forget about what he said, the most astonishing fact is that a leader of Western world has for the first time addressed the entire Muslim population of the world. This amounts to recognizing the muslims as a united body. A force to reckon with.

Not a single political leader from the Muslim world dared to give a speech to the entire Muslim ummah. Obama unknowingly, just ended the divide and rule policy pursued by the colonialist for centuries. Unfortunately this will have catastrophic consequenses for the human race. This event is the begining of the clash of civilizations.
