Understanding True Scripture of the Hebrew Holy Bible is Better Source of Understanding What is Happening to AmericaReader comment on item: Barack Obama and Islam: An Ongoing Saga Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Sep 10, 2009 at 17:46 Without trying to interject what Dr. Pipes might think, or even if there was anything he may say that he has not already written/said regarding Islam, the question posed here by the previous writer, given a comparative review along with the pro-Muslim views of a number a of Islamic writers, to suppose that a more learned American Muslim perspective needs to be brought into the debate of whether Islam is good for America, or not, seems superfluous. The principle reason, that America is not the source of intelligence for Islam, and that in its inception, the primary 'target' audience for the initial spread of Islam were the local populations surrounding the Arabic peninsula, ranging from disenfranchised Arabs living in tribal conditions that were not conducive to outside relationships, to the disaffected Hebrews of the Diaspora, to the Christian population that had lost its original Biblical moorings and were proselytizing a different gospel than what Jesus Christ had required. From there, Islam spread. Hundreds of years later, the basis for the spreading of Islam is the same, that the Jewish community is split on the verification of Jesus Christ as their (Deity)Messiah, that the Christian community is split on the identification of Jesus Christ as LORD and returning King of Israel, and no amount of education (study of the Hebrew Holy Bible ad infinitum), preaching of the True Gospel or any other communication of the need for a better Biblical understanding than that proclaimed by Jesus Christ Himself, is going to detract the adherent Muslim from communicating their version of life on this earth. It does not require a doctorate in Arabic studies with an emphasis on the Quran to know why. In reality, the answer to why is already contained in the Hebrew Holy Bible, and though study is a Biblical directive, a doctorate is not required there either, only abiding in Him and His WORD. Just as America is now caught up in squandering its heritage for the sake of personal pursuits of freedoms because of their contemporary and generalized disrespect of the Holy Bible, so too would America be found lacking the determination to absorb and follow Quranic precepts. It is in that nature (of the beast-the natural man/woman) that we find a predisposition to self destruction if we do not seek out a supernatural source of power to keep ourselves true to Almighty God, and to follow His original WORD, the Holy Bible, handed down from the beginning. As inferred, major efforts in the study of the religious philosophical have done nothing more than lend high-minded, empty-hearted sophistication to the historical debates of which religion is more to be honored than another. In general, as much time that is spent in Biblical studies to find reasons why Biblical based mores are considered by 'modernists' as archaic, a truer study is needed of how the Holy Bible actually portrays humanity as the same now as it ever was, a society of sinful being no more capable of self governing now as it ever has, needing the Savior more then ever. Missing that mark, history is littered with the catastrophic societal failures, Christian, Muslim, atheistic and paganist, all alike. To say that there needs to be American converts to Islam that would seek to study and provide a better interpretation of Islam in America is to say that the American Constitution, Biblically based and providing the freest forum for expression of religious preferences, has failed. For many in the Islamic world outside of America, these are words of a victory song they would sing from the minarets. The only reason, which is Biblically based, for America to become more Muslim is that its Christian apostasy is completed and the world is primed for its final judgment. This too, is prognosticated by Muslim adherents, some for more deeply felt animosities towards America than others, but presented nonetheless in a sincere understanding of the Quran. In the final analysis, Islam has managed to morph itself into the antagonistic counter to Christianity, moderate posturing notwithstanding. We read in the Biblical books (the apocalyptic sections of significant interest) of the conflict of an unbelieving world posturing to repel the return of Jesus Christ (even in spite of some Muslims saying their al-Madhi is the same as the messiah) and that in the end, Yeshua HaMashiach, Jesus Christ does indeed quell all human rebellion and enters Jerusalem as Israel's returning King. To understand this does not require more than a believer's search of the Biblical wisdom after a placement of trust in Jesus Christ as LORD, by the power of His WORD and love. This may not be fresh for some to absorb in this contemporary time of the current American Administration and the direction America is being taken, but it has always been true.
