i am totally agreeing with what you say here. i have of course met many moslems in my stay here and have to say that my whole way of looking at moslems and islam has changed.

they are not the barbaric war mongering ... that we are led to believe they are.

in the same time i can say that following some comments on this site i have also changed my way of looking at many other people - there are so many ignoramuses out there who will call you by so many names if you only ask a question of what their point is -

i found that a lot of the non-moslems in this site are the mean hateful evil people not like any of the christians, jews, hindus, wiccans or zoroasters that i can call friends and those same non-moslems will say moslems are evil?

as one person said before - look at yourselfs and your communityes before criticizing another! i know that mine own country was not perfect and after i lived in the united states i know that it was FAR from perfect

cause of 9/11 ever body wants to find something wrong with moslems - they have to proof that they are evil and the koran is teaching evil - the evil is in those who so badly want to see evill in others.
