If the complex is kept, maybe part of it could be a school to teach Iraqis about democracy and freedom.

Yes it is far too big and imposing, but maybe could be put to good use.

Imagine a center where people could come to and be taught history and fair politics.

The good people of Iraq are going through a huge transformation they may need some guidance.
