In agreement with Dr. Pipes analysis

I have followed Dr. Pipes' career for well over 10 years and have learned a lot regarding the Middle East versus Israel and the rest of the world. Once again, I have gained greater insight on the Middle East and the aspiration of Turkey and its dreams of the former Ottoman Empire. The more I think about it, the more I understand the shift Dr. Pipes discusses and its implications for Israel.

I believe that the incident regarding the flotilla headed by the Turkish ship was another Trojan Horse, a provocation directed by Hamas to dammage Israel's image and terminate the relationship of Israel with the United States at a critical time, prior to president Obama's visit to President Abbas and the rest of the Middle East "players" in June. This morning, I sent a message to President Obama regarding the generalized antisemitism, and anti Zionism Hamas creates while trying to brake the Israeli embargo. As I thought further, I remembered the Cuban Missile crisis in 1960, during the Kennedy Administration. The world had no objection against the American naval blokade of Cuba; neither did it condemn the American fighter planes in the air 24 hours a day, all equipped with nuclear warheads, ready to strike Russian cities as soon as the Missiles sent by Russia to Cuba would be used to strike the United States. Perhaps it is time for Israel to use its airplanes and its nuclear power against Hamas?

The difference between the Cuban Missile Crisis and The Israeli embargo above is the new type of war, which involves the role of the media, as Hamas plays the card of antisemitism/antizionism and public opinion, especially since Obama became President of the United States. Hamas and the rest of terrorist Islam have been successful in many parts of the world. It is time for Israel to reflect on Dr. Pipes point of view. In the meantime, Israel has learned again that brute force and manipulation of public opinion are the two elements Hamas uses as weapons, as Hamas is playing both Obama/the U.S.A. and Natanyahu/Israel.
