World opinion

Dr Pipes,

I wonder whether the "world opinion" you are say Israel should defer to given the prejudices of the MSM is something that is even winnable. Journalists after all are mostly the political progeny of the views you yourself could be seen dissecting albeit briefly in "Indoctrinate-U". What set of facts or confluence of events would convince mindless neomarxist ideologues to alter their opinions?

Whenever I have confronted the latter with irrefutable evidence it is the facts that they insist which must alter to suit their particular alternate view of reality. Suppose hypothetically the IHH ship had been loaded with weapons and the Israelis had produced said arsenal after their raid. The MSM would either not publish the information or label it as "dubious allegations". The drooling generation Z hoards of Obamatons would lap this up - news by design - people are served what they want rather than what they need.

And if the Israelis were to meet all of the ridiculous requirements that world opinion would require of them - how would they protect their people or their state? It seems to me the parameters thay would have to operate by to win "world opinion" would either be set by a)OIC stooges or Muslims who were explicitly dedicated to the purpose of eliminating Israel from the map b)Western liberals who have never known conflict and are incapable or running a functional state. The latter of course would take a course that would better enable them to suck up to the Islamists who they would rather see as aggrieved victims than have to deal with the inherently ahistorical and unrealistic assertions of their multiculturalism.
