Is allah a real God?

pls go through the publication of Rasheed publication " QISSASUL AMBIYA " Translated by Badr Azimabadi, in page 4, it goes like this : Allah created a pen when the universe was created. As instructed by Allah the pen wrote the following thing:I am God and none is worthy of worship but I, and Mohamed is my Messenger who is obedient to my Verdicts, who kept patience on calamities sent by me; thanked for my blessing and become pleased with my order. I shall raise him with truthfuls on the day of Resurection. And one who is not obedient to my verdicts and does not keep pationce over calamities from amd does not thank for my blessings and does not become pleased with orders, he should adopt another God got himself save me." Is allah him self say to go to some other god, when he is not sure that there is one and only God. Is allah is real God?
