Myra, you have a valid and not so valid point.

Firstly how can you say that you respect every religion when on one hand you tell the previous poster to not talk bad about any religion, yet you do exactly the same. It is this very example that is making the world over grow in it's hatred for the double standards that Muslims show today (notice how i say Muslims and not the Islamic religion).

Secondly, it has been proven by thousands of scholars of all religions and walks of life that the Sanatana Dharma (Hinduism in it's purest form), is the oldest religion. Examples are Lord Krishna who came to earth in 3228 BCE (before current era, the current era starting in the year 0). Where as Muhammed, effectively the founder of Islam only came in the year 632 AC (after Christ).

So Islam is not the oldest. Thirdly whilst i to some degree agree that Islam is a religion of peace, so is every religion. What happens is that people use religion as a tool for their own evil ways. An example being Osama Bin Laden.

The sole reason Islam is flurishing today is because you firstly have billions of dollars being pumping into the religion by the Saud Family of Arabia (all Oil money - which i might add is soon to run dry) who are BIG fans of Wahhabi.

Because the Wahhabi way is of no tolerance, and as a result millions around the world have been converted or killed through persecution, kidnapping and rape, and for those that you claim freely convert. Whilst many may do so throught wanting to worship Allah (and they have the god given right).

Many convert due to the basic lack of understanding in their own religion. But even this whilst still strong is slowly stopping, as more people are educated about their own religion.

An example of this being, that i am a worshipping disciple of the Sanatana Dharma, i actively give talks to youth of all ages around the world.

I dont talk about not converting to Islam or any other religion. I purely talk about the beauty of the Sanatana Dharma, about gods like Rama and Krishna, i am purely teaching youths about their Dharma (in a sense equiping them with the tools to make their own mind up) and not just convert becuase they dont understand the rich and complex nature of the Sanatana Dharma.

To date i have given speechs to over 500,000 Hindu youths (Male and Female) and as of yet i have not heard of one person wishing to or having converted away from Hinduism, why because they firstly understand god gave them a religion at birth for a reason. To convert would be like killing yourself. The ultimate Sin in every religion (including Islam), a sin that will ensure you never enter heaven.

God works is strange and powerful ways, yet everything he does is for a reason that is no other than good and so if you are born as a Hindu, Muslim, Jew, Christian, Sikh, Jain or anything else. It is for your good. To think otherwise or make others think otherwise is to have committed the gravest of sins (punishable by not death, but eternal pain and damnation).
