Appreciation

This is an excellent summary of what happened In India and shows a parallel to what is occurring throughout the world today as the Jihadists intimidate the rest of us and advance their invasion with the intention of destroying all freedoms and establishing Sharia laws with all their horrors.

I believe that Islam is the only religion which has a holy book which demands the submission of all others under pain of death. Dhimmitude and jizya (up to 150 percent of income in some cases) soon puts an end to freedom for other faiths.

I am a Christian . I spent 11 years in India, mostly as a university lecturer, and I gained a great respect for the Sikhs. I am aged 87 years now so I am retired here in Australia.

I feel that this article would gain a lot more if the English were made a bit clearer in some places. If Ravi would agree to it, I would be happy to straighten out the English then send it back to him for his approval and further correction. He could then resubmit it for distribution on this website and/or other sites I would not make any claim to association with the article.

Writing in a tongue other than our mother-tongue is very difficult but Ravi has a very much better grip on English than I ever gained on Hindi.
