Missing Palestine percentages

Daniel, a couple of questions:

You have acknowledged in your "extras" that the land purchased through the Jewish National Fund was a little over 6% of "Palestine", but that public and unowned land lifted that percentage. What was that public/unowned percentage? What was the total percentage actually owned by Arabs prior to this Jewish National Fund purchase scheme?
