I'm still amazed Pres Bush or anyone else for that matter doesn't consider redrawing the maps. Did I miss something? Were the British/French politicians of the early 1900's the foreseers of the globe next millienium or something? So there are new countries drawn up in the sand. It was done for Israel 50+ years ago and you see how the wall that's being built is the best solution for them. Building walls and maintaining borders for the these primitive peoples will be the best solution. As long as they are motivated by the Islamist belief system in that ethnic area - there will be constant problems for any outsiders. Better to have exact borders that can't be breached, or even in a case like Kuwait they can have legitimate International pressure brought upon the transgressor(s). And as a side note: one of the worst things the local people there can see [or have dropped upon them] is missionaries and soldiers running around with their bibles held high ...
