The recent disaster in Egypt and the sordid Rasha Magdy and "we are all Mina Daniel"Reader comment on item: The Attack on Israel's Embassy in Cairo Submitted by dhimmi no more (United States), Oct 14, 2011 at 15:31 Dr. Pipes I have been following the recent pogrom against the Copts in Egypt with great interest but Egypt is rather a very interesting country so for those of you who have not been following the news it all started when Muslims in Marinab in Upper Egypt did burn a Coptic Chruch. So hundereds of Copts and many liberal Muslims and in a peaceful march on 10/9/2011 walked to the area of Cairo called Maspero where the Egyptian TV and radio are located and they were met by members of the Egyptian army who shot and drove their armored trucks at full speed through the protestors and the end result was nothing short of a massacre where 25 young Copts, including a wonderful young man whose name is Mina Daniel, were killed either because they were crushed by the armored trucks or they were shot and indeed 8 of the dead were shot by the army. And 300 more were injured. And what a catastrophe and what a crime But this is not where it ends as soon as this crime started to unfold an announcer from Nile TV Channel 1 by the name of Rasha Magdy started inciting yes inciting Muslims to go after the Copts who were blamed for this disaster and a case of blaming the victims and for this see this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E7m08JJdxao and for those of you that do not understand Arabic she is indeed inciting her audience to go out and support the army against those nasty Copts when in actual fact the army was shoting at unamed civilians But again there are indeed great minds in Egypt that would not accept this blatant crime by the army that is accused of killing its own people and in this case the Copts and they are accusing Rasha Magdy of inciting violence which I understand that in Egyptian law which is based on French Law that this would be a crime so stay tuned for this one Oh there is more and if Rasha Magdy was smart enough which she is not she should have been apologizing to the famlies of the victims and to the others that were hit by rocks from the Salafists that went to the area to attack the protesting Copts. Now she is telling everyone that what she said was not inciting and she is not to be blamed as she was forced to say what she uttered on live TV! Poor baby Oh there is more so now the army is telling us that 3 soldiers were killed but the army will not provide thier names! And i read this as they are making things up and then the army is also blaming "hidden hands" for the catastrophe and read this as el-yahood we el-CIA and as usual blame the Jews and the CIA Back to Mina Daniel who was an activist and who was killed by those thugs in the Egyptian army and what a loss for all of humanity and in my next post I will provide the readers with the highlights of the short but wonderful life of this young Egyptian Now back to the Egyptian army: 25% of its budget and almost all of its weapons are paid by us American tax payers! Is this what we want to support and finance a bunch of killers?
