Punishment, not aidReader comment on item: Palestinians Don't Deserve Additional Aid Submitted by Ralph C. Whaley MD (United States), Dec 21, 2004 at 13:26 Dear Mr. Pipes:Rather than giving aid, as you point out is monstrous, the Palestinian Arabs should be severely punished for the war of aggression they have been waging to destroy Israel since its founding. Nothing less than a total military defeat will stop the attacks on Israel just as nothing less than total military defeat of the Islamists, and the terror supporting nations, who are waging war against America will make America safe. Iran, Syria and Saudi Arabia must be destroyed by military action. Iraq will be a festering death trap for American soldiers until the Iraqis have been punished as we did to Germany and Japan in the 1940's. The reason that has not happened is America's lack of understanding of the evil attacking us and the moral imperative of an overwhelming military response to punish the citizens of the nations which are dedicated to our destruction. Compassionate half hearted war in self defense is worse than none! Note: Opinions expressed in comments are those of the authors alone and not necessarily those of Daniel Pipes.
