Swedish blood money.

Sweden's official foreign aid agency SIDA ordered a report from Professor Sune Persson in 1997 about how its money was being used by the Palestinian Agency. The report called for immediate cancellation of all Palestinian aid because of how it was used to support Arafat's dictatorship through propaganda and terror.

The report was then CLASSIFIED by order of Foreign Aid-Minister Pierre Schori just a few days before it was to be presented. SIDA later increased its yearly aid, even though they knew what the money was used for.
