The real enemy

I agree totally with the comments of Dr. Pipes. I am continuously amazed at the level of scrutiny placed on the Palestinian murder squads and the lack of similar scrutiny placed on the people who fund them. Amongst these are our good friends, the Saudis. Not only do the Saudis fund the murderers, then they send their puppets to the United States to lie about it.

Next we have what President Bush so aptly labeled as "the old Europe". From the arch anti-semite Chirac to Adolf Hitler Haeder in Austria, more money is pouring into the murder machine even though the Europeans know what it is being used for. This is evident and should be publicized perfusely in Israel and the United States.

Finally, as Dr. Pipes points out so aptly, this money is supposed to be part of an overall gesture by the world to achieve the so-called 2 state solution. But how can you have a solution when major parts of the Palestinian population and political groups, such as Hamas and Islamic Jihad, don't even believe in Israel's right to exist. It would seem to me that the first stipulation for receipt of such funds would be acceptance of the existence of Israel. If not, it is simply a charade.

And to conclude, there are many people like myself who feel that the so-called occupied territory is Israeli land being occupied by the Arabs and not Israel and that if they don't like it they can leave. This is the first time in history that a victim nation has been forced to give back territory it acquired from an aggressor nation or nations in war. I pray that Israel never gives back the Golan to Syria which Syria would use immediately to intimidate and murder Israelis.
