Islamists like to "play" victim

Dear Dr Pipes:

Because our world has seen a lot of tyranny and injustice throughout its history a false thesis has emerged: if you are protesting something, you must be invariably right. It is because of this thesis even the victimizers like to play victims and with Islamists being the biggest examples. In the Islamist circles from Southern Phillipines to Kashmir to the ME to Morrocco there is no such thing as peaceful protest. The only method that the Islamists use is violence and while they are busy in rendering violence, they simultaneously play victim to confuse everybody.
