Yes, peaceful settlers

BJ, Actually I grew up in Israel and have travelled in the West Bank (and even Gaza) many times. I have visited there before, during and after the settlers built thriving oases in the poor devastated areas. I knew families once, arab families that we would visit with and have meals with. I think that perhaps you should stop reading just propaganda as you suggested I do, and try to learn from other sources. Settlers would be completely peaceful if their lives, livelihood and children were not under constant threat. Whether you want to believe it or not, most Israelis yearn for peace over everything else and have been willing to compromise many times. Unfortunately, none of these offers have been accepted by the Palestinian leaders. From Arafat on down.
