No Comparison Between America and the 'Palestinian' SituationReader comment on item: Ending the Palestinian "Right of Return" Submitted by M. Tovey (United States), Jan 31, 2012 at 15:42 Reader Banerjee: One wonders which Bible you are reading from-there is NO demand of return for the European Anglo-Saxon from America to their (former?) homelands in Europe in the Hebrew Holy Bible; or in any of the generally accepted translations. Now, it may be that your learning the Bible from non-scholastic sources is the culprit; but only one nation in the Holy Bible is called to a return to fulfill a promise to Abraham; the children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. Another nation is to be called out for a different purpose and destination, but that does not concern you at this time. As for American history, the dearth of its knowledge expressed by you leads to the conclusion that you, of a necessity for reality, must return to the basis of scholastic American history to recall that before the Anglo-Saxons, the races that were displaced by the Europeans such as the Vikings, the Spaniards, Russians, French, Portuguese, etc., were the native indigenous groups like the Mohicans, Cherokee, Seminole, Choctaw, Chumash, etc., etc., etc. But that would be presumptuous, wouldn't it: for if shari'a is imposed, then you would support the supposed defacto situation that what is Islam's is always Islam's and the fact of the Islamic institutions already on American soil means that the mullahs will be calling for Islam to inherit the claims to America. Would it be presumptuous to call that duplicitous? It would be better for you to explain that than to explain a misconceived idea about American history. If one were to truly understand about American history and why America was allowed to be formed in the first place, this discussion would be academic. Actually, too few really appreciate that about America, as can be attested to by the current American administration.
