The Intolerance of IslamSubmitted by WIlliam East (United States), Sep 17, 2012 at 14:41 Islam forbids the traditions of other religions. This working philosophy does not and will not "respect" other religious beliefs. The practice of Islam reduces itself to a shallow claim of tolerance, ask any Egyptian Coptic Christian. Take note of the intolerance against all other philosophies in any Islamic dominated society, now and throughout human history. Take note of the "justified" violence, the rapes, the enslavement of peoples, the robbery and theft, the burning , the pillaging, on and on. In its final form Islam is characterized by the arrogant leading the inadequate. The holier-than-thou's applying violence against those perceived as not meeting the mark. In its truest form Islam should be completely tolerant of the belief of others and within its own framework should not police its own for behavior. Applying violence both internally and externally removes all chance for sincere service to God. In demanding death to those that disagree Islam proves itself false.
