Dear Dr Pipes,

This is to thank your reader Dariush Afshar for his informative message. I am a firm believer that neither universal moral equivalence as propounded by our liberal politicians nor murderous rhetoric that some people on the Internet propagate will ever contain Islam. The only thing that will break the Islamic circular reasoning about the validity of Islam is polite but firm and relentless criticism of those points in Islam that do not stand to modern (or even ancient) human values.

We need more and more people like Dariush Afshar who can support their beliefs with evidence.
