Eerily reminiscent of Animal Farm

The trend towards appeasement continues unabated and will strengthen since these ridiculous riots not only have no internal stops but are encouraged and emboldened by the western leaders siding with them in condemnation of freedom of expression. Since when has there been an asterisk on freedom of expression? The west had better remember right quick what we stand for and what principles are the foundation for our democracies.

As someone noted elsewhere, if Catholics or Evangelicals or Sikhs ran around killing people or dying in stampeding riots every time they were offended, perhaps we wouldnt see Piss Christs and the like. Looks like the Muslims are on to something.

It is eerily reminiscent of Animal Farm-- Freedom of Expression will be respected ---- EXCEPT when offensive to Muslims.
