A stark contrast indeed

While Ryan's maturity and calm were to an extreme, where he might have unsheathed his sword and attacked, the extreme served to accentuate the utterly mindboggling unprofessionalism and pettiness of Biden. Perhaps that was his strategy.

Still, I would have liked to see Ryan turn to Biden at some point (especially during his Iran comments) and say calmly, "I don't know why you find this funny, Joe". That would have punched a giant hole in Biden's buffoonery.

The fact that the left thinks he did a great job being 'aggressive' is quite discouraging to say the least.
