Martha Nussbaum belongs to the camp of Islamic apologists, though probably not so overtly as many others.

During the terrible 26/11/2008 attacks on Mumbai, India, Nussbaum clearly exposed her leanings by being more concerned on the effect this attack would have on perceptions of Islam and Muslims rather than the victims of the terror attack.
