Oh this time? grammatical mistakes in this little gem

The BEST garment is righteousness and modest conduct (7:26).

Oh there are more disasters so let us check and see what al-Tabari says about the last few words in this little gem and let me help you our dear MSM al-tablighee he is saying that this is ghalat or a mistake in grammar

فَكَانَ بَعْض نَحْوِيِّي الْبَصْرَة يَقُول : هُوَ مَرْفُوع عَلَى الِابْتِدَاء , وَخَبَره فِي قَوْله : { ذَلِكَ خَيْر } . وَقَدْ اسْتَخْطَأَهُ بَعْض أَهْل الْعَرَبِيَّة فِي ذَلِكَ وَقَالَ : هَذَا غَلَط , لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَعُدْ عَلَى اللِّبَاس فِي الْجُمْلَة عَائِد , فَيَكُون اللِّبَاس إذًا رُفِعَ عَلَى الِابْتِدَاء وَجُعِلَ ذَلِكَ خَيْر خَبَرًا . وَقَالَ بَعْض نَحْوِيِّي الْكُوفَة : { وَلِبَاس } يُرْفَع بِقَوْلِهِ : " وَلِبَاس التَّقْوَى خَيْر " , وَيُجْعَل ذَلِكَ مِنْ نَعْته. بِ " خَيْر " لَمْ يَكُنْ فِي ذَلِكَ وَجْه إِلَّا أَنْ يُجْعَل اللِّبَاس نَعْتً

What a disaster he is saying that dhalika khayr is a (grammatical) mistake and I'm not the one who is saying that it is al-Tabari himslef
