Is it true our dear MSM that Islam teaches Muslims to be liars?

Our dear MSM al-tablighee is it true that islam and MUhammad teach Muslims like you that they can be liars! Yes liars our dear MSM and here is the tradition

قال رسول الله لايحل الكذب الا في ثلاث يحدث الرجل امراته ليرضيها والكذب في الحرب والكذب ليصلح بين الناس

Or the prophet of Allah said that you are dear msm cannot lie or be a liar except in the following conditions: you can lie to your wife to please her and you can be a liar during war and you can be a liar in-order to solve disputes between people

Is that true our dear MSM? and do you lie to your wife our dear MSM or do you disagree with Allah and his rasul?

What a disaster Islam tells people to be liars!
