Oh, those petty, Western, brainwashed peopleReader comment on item: Intricacies of Egypt's Coup d'état Explained Submitted by Jeff (United States), Aug 21, 2013 at 12:55 What is the cause that these petty people fought for other than being agents of CIA and Mossad ? Well, let's see. Dariush and Parvaneh Forouhar were supporters of the revolution in the Islamic Republic of Iran, and made statements that any reasonable person would characterize as mild and constructive criticism. The government of the Islamic Republic sent its goons out to their house and murdered them both, leaving the gory scene for their children to find. So those petty people fought to oust the Shah (whose reign they at least survived). They were not Western, nor agents of anything. They weren't brainwashed, that's what got them both murdered by their government. Fr. Paolo Dall'Oglio was a priest, kicked out of Syria by the Assad regime. He returned and was trying to mediate between two of the rebel groups when he was kidnapped and murdered by Muslims, following a centuries old pattern. Mohammad-Hadi Bordbar is an Iranian Christian, sent to 10 years in prison for the crime of being a Christian. Perhaps you think he's petty. Compared to what? You? Ishaq Masih was a Pakistani Christian, murdered by Muslims, again, following a centuries old pattern. As always, police in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan have done nothing to apprehend his murderers. He was not Western, not an agent, and not brainwashed. I'm sure you think he was very petty. Jessi Paulis Issa, to my knowledge, never fought for anything, though I don't know. Perhaps she fought for her life for a brief period of time. She was only 10 years old when she was murdered by Morsi supporters while leaving a church. She was not western, not petty, not brainwashed, nor was she a member any organization such as the CIA or the Research and Analysis Wing. All this mindless murder and mayhem, and much more, takes place under that system you say you put your money on. And continues with mindless cheerleaders like you, who celebrate murder, hatred and violence from the safety of the democracy you choose to live in. No body cares about these petty Western brainwashed people in the World. Debanjan, why do you see so little value in human life? Why are you so filled with hate for people from other cultures, or those of a different faith, or who were born far from where you happen to live? Even a little girl. Didn't your parents teach you better than that? Didn't they? So whom are you listening to? Let me guess, your imam. No body cares about these petty Western brainwashed people in the World. Thank God you're wrong (again). P.S. Don't forget, you were going to give me examples of Islamic charities building health clinics and schools for impoverished Christians in Egypt and poor Animists in Sudan. Such a simple request, please don't forget. P.P.S. Your hero Bradley Manning gave a statement in court yesterday. Why would an epoch shattering hero who stands with the greats of Western civilization apologize for his actions? What a mystery: "First, your honor, I want to start off with an apology. I am sorry that my actions hurt people. I'm sorry I hurt the United States. At the time of my decisions, as you know, I was dealing with a lot of issues…" One of his issues is being gay, something your hero would have been hanged for under the system you put your money on.
