Describing Banerjee's solution as amusing is extremely kindReader comment on item: Islamism in Disarray Submitted by Prashant (United States), Oct 9, 2013 at 01:57 Dear Dr Pipes: Debanjan Banerjee is either a muslim or a die-hard Islamic apologist. He suggested that the solution to Islamic problem of economic backwardness was immigration to the west. You were very kind in describing Banerjee's solution to be amusing. I am afraid that his suggestion may also be self righteous. It is possible that in Banerjee's thinking the entire planet need to be Islamic. According to the Islamic doctrine all non-human living beings are any way Muslims and all humans are born muslims and get misguided and go away from Islam due to bad influences (that is why people do not "convert" to Islam; they "revert" to Islam. What you were so kind to describe as amusing is, in truth, Banerjee's shameless self-righteousness. I would recommend to Banerjee that the solution to Islamic problem of economic backwardness is less-religion, more hard-work, more education, and more freedom to all people. Submitting....
