Hostility

We are hostile to outsiders, it's called parochial altruism. Morover, whe are very picky about outsiders, for example, Tatars, who are mostly muslims - are completely OK, but Caucasians are obviously inferior, Asians are just strange beasts and nobody usually cares about their beliefs. That's our credo and on symbolic level it works fine.
