"So long as the nukes stay in Russian control" A rough quote from a comment on Russia's muslim troubles. That is the so called $60,000 question is it not? What happens when the balance shifts, as seems inevitable, in the military, at leadership levels; who will have their finger on the button? Same in France, nukes, modern missiles, modern everything military; who will be in control? Duke Masters
