Obama's pattern

First President Obama repeatedly assured everyone that "If you like your health care plan, you'll be able to keep your health care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what." Now he apologizes for making that statement as millions find they can't keep their old health care plans.

First President Obama said, ""I believe marriage is between a man and a woman. I am not in favor of gay marriage." Now he says he views have evolved and recently said that he is "so proud" that lawmakers in his home state of Illinois have voted to legalize same-sex marriage.

President Obama was caught on a live microphone telling Russia's Medvedev: "This is my last election. After my election I have more flexibility." To which Medvedev replied, "I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir…"

No one should now be surprised if President Obama's "too-good-to-be-true" statements regarding Israel now turn out to be considerably less than true. How bad things might yet get, I cannot predict, but this President is capable of pivoting 180 degrees on a dime.
