There are no justification for invasion But there are Options availableReader comment on item: Cyprus Joins the Middle East Submitted by Michael Hanni Morcos (Canada), Nov 20, 2013 at 14:29 Turkey had taken advantage of the circumstances back in 1972-1973 vis a vis the Greek Juanta and British mandates to Invade a Sovereign Country. The Only Exception here is Cyprus is and was Un-Armed. We are trying to convince many countries not to arm themselves with dangerous weapons of mass destruction with the intent that the World Community would intervene and protect them when invaded and taken over against their Will,, The World Community including the U.S ,E.U. HAS Failled to intervene in an Occupation of a Peaceful Country that has No means to defend itself other than rely on Others... Well , well Cyprus is in a different position now and with that Oil annd Gas Revenues ;and with New Friends like Israel ,Etc. they can and should have their own defences and pay for the Best and get their Full Independence from this Barbaric Modern Ottoman Invasion. Thank You.
