Even before the Bridge-Gate scandal I was growing increasingly disturbed to read of Christie's blind spot about Islam, particularly when it came to CAIR / Muslim Brotherhood incursions into New Jersey. On more than one occasion Governor 'Jabba the Hutt' rudely dismissed questions about his association with known Muslim Brotherhood operatives.

After nominating a Muslim judge and being recognized by CAIR under it's "Best List Inductees", one could easily see what side of the line this gentleman actually stood. Fortunately, I believe that Christie is no more likely to be nominated as the Republican candidate for President than Eric Cartman from South Park.

On the other hand, I do find the stance of Rand Paul to fit quite well with a sensible conservative mindset.
