Occupied territories

It seems to me, that ... Israel cannot forever have the upper hand in its dispute with the palestinians. Sooner or later, it will have to compromise. Because survival in the long run depends on peace with the arabs in the Middle East as well as in North Africa.

Luckily, USA supports the peace process. But this demands that the americans are accepted as neutral mediators. An american president, who agrees to say "disputed areas", "west bank" or "judea and samaria" may sound nice in the ears of Israel, but is he trustworthy in the eyes of the arabs ?
