The 1967 Liberated Territories.

My own view is that we (especially liberal or left American) Jews, culturally, are still too defensive, and insufficiently pro-active as a consequence of the Holocaust (we've lost to much of our "hutzpa"). The fact is that we do not need merely to go back to Biblical times to revive our Judaea and Samaria. When the Six Day War ended, Egyptian Gaza and the Jordanian West Bank were liberated from their respective conquerors.

In my opinion, we need more Jewish inventors of Neologism - and I propose to call (as I actually do) the so-called "Disputed Territories," the Liberated Territories, in accordance with their well known modern history.
