"....What is most amazing is that the city of Baalbek in Lebanon archaeologists did not find any archaeological evidence for the three centuries between the 7th century when the Arabs invaded the Middle East and the 10th century. Not a thing inspite of the facts that they were able to find plenty of archaeological evidence for the periords before and after the Arab invasion..."

Which indicates they brought no new technologies or architectural/construction skills with them., right? The Islamic Golden Age was as real as al Burak.
