Danon is going to sidelined for awhile at least throughout the rest of this current military operation. He is getting sympathy from no one as he is spouting his mouth off against the government to which he is a Deputy Director. Seen here as totally irresponsible. He will not be able to create another party as his following is too weak. He will try to organize the Likud rank and file against Netanyahu. If the government continues to manage this operation as well as they have currently, Danon will fall in line as his position will be too weak to continue launching opposition bombshells against the leader of his own party...

Personally I think this is all goods news for Israel. The guy was a totally irresponsible walking time bomb, talking nonsense most of the time. His understanding of the workings of a true democracy are weak at best. I am hoping that Netanyahu gets strong enough to bring back Benny Begin and maybe even Moshe Arens back into the senior positions of Likud where they belong...
